The short version: if something we sold you is broken or not as described, we fix it or refund it. Here is how that works in plain language.

Digital products are instant and final

Our downloadable products (templates, toolkits, and prompt packs) are delivered instantly and can be copied the moment you receive them. Because of that, sales are generally final once the download link has been opened. Please read the product page, FAQ, and preview details before you buy so you know exactly what you are getting.

When we will make it right

If a file is missing, will not download, or is clearly not what the product page described, tell us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the delivery, send a corrected file, or refund that purchase. We want you to feel good about what you bought, not stuck with something broken.

Strategy sessions

The 1-Hour Strategy Session can be rescheduled any time with at least 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel before the session takes place, email us and we will refund it. Once the session has happened, it is considered delivered.

Help after you buy

Every product ships with a plain-English setup guide, and free updates are included when a product gets better. If you get stuck or have a question, email us. Helping you actually use what you bought is part of the deal.
